This is a question that many people often ask themselves....... Why do I keep working out hard and still can't gain muscle? Should I start using steroids?
The truth is that I truly don't recommend the usage of steroids for any sport, but I have seen some people work out for ten years straight and they still don't look as good as that dumb kid we see at the gym who just started lifting six months ago.

I found out that bodybuilders who take steroids don't like to tell people for various reasons. Of course because they don't want to get in trouble with the law, their moms, girlfriends, sisters, brothers, etc; and/ or because they are envious and jealous. They don't want other people to look as good as them.
I did my research.... Oh man.... I went from reading a little bit about steroids to buying books, dvd's, ebooks, and reading forum after forum. I became a member of many steroid forums and taught myself how steroids really worked.
So the question remained in my head; "Should I start using steroids now.? For me the answer was NO because I already had tons of muscle from all that eating, so all I had to do was change my diet and keep working out as hard as I was doing, and maybe even harder.
Now, if I had to start all over again with the very little muscle I had, very little strength, and love handles; I would DEFINITELY start with steroids. I would have saved myself years of hard work, bad eating, missing out on dating prettier girls, and would have stopped believing lies.

The other day a friend of mine was really sure he wanted to take steroids and he asked me what he should do. I said: "You are already very lean with very little body fat... In fact, you look ectomorphic. All you need is the muscle.... So if I were you I would do three cycles of steroids, ten weeks each."
See folks, it is all up to you; whether you want to take the risk of having short term and long term BAD side effects for having all the GOOD side effects that come with those, or work out for 10 years straight until you look really good.
My main point is..... DON'T let other lie to you. If they look really muscular and you see fast gains then they are probably taking steroids. So yes, that 19 year old kid at your gym who's arms look bigger than his legs IS TAKING STEROIDS.
Do some research and after you fill your head with knowledge you will know whether steroids are for you.
Keep working out HARDCORE, having a clean diet, and being consistent. That is where the real results come from. Maybe relying on steroids is not the way to go.
Oh yeah..... and the Jersey Shore guys are definitely JUICING.
