The title seems like a magazine advertisement doesn't it? You see these all the time. On TV commercials, magazine ads, or even on the internet. Most of them are lies because they tell you that in a month your arms can get an inch bigger.... Yeah right!! That's almost impossible.Even though increasing a whole inch is not realistic; 1/4 or even 1/2 of an inch is. I have been training for many years and ever since I was 13 years old I would try to make my arms grow. I thought they were small and wanted them to look like Arnold Schwartzenegger's. I listened to all those "Wannabe Trainers" who told me to work out every muscle once per week and gave me complicated equations, and nothing happened. My arms were growing maybe at 1/8 of an inch per year. PER YEAR..... It was taking forever and I knew I was doing something wrong.
Now with all these years of bodybuilding experience, I can tell you my secret to big arms.
First of all, don't listen to those guys who tell you to wait a whole week to recover. Lies, your body will recover depending on your diet and sleep.
The best thing to know is that bigger muscles need more recovery; smaller muscles don't.
So maybe for legs, lats, pecs, and other large muscles.... you can rest a whole week. Not for arms though.
Here is the trick... You need to work out biceps twice a week, triceps twice a week, and forearms three times a week. Seems like a lot of work right.... Well do you want big arms or not?
